Marty Pellessier's Barbequed Shrimp

Not really Barbequed, but Pan Fried
And I'd bet ten dollars she stole this recipe.

1 pound of unpeeled Shrimp
1.5 sticks of butter
2 garlic toes, minced
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
one-half teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
one-half teaspoon salt
one-fourth teaspoon crushed red pepper
one-half teaspoon thyme
one-half teaspoon rosemary
one-eighth teaspoon oregano
one half can of beer

Wash the shrimp, drain or dry them so they don't bring water into the hot butter.

Mix the dry seasonings.

Melt 1 stick of butter, Worcestershire, garlic, and seasonings over high heat.

Add shrimp, cook for 2 minutes while shaking the pan constantly.

Add a half stick of butter, cook for 2 minutes; keep shaking the pan.

Add the beer, cook and shake for one more minute.
